What to Expect
Patient-Centred Care
Every treatment is tailored to your individual situation and health history.
At your first appointment we will discuss in detail your main health concern(s). I will then go through your medical history and ask lots of questions about your general health, any medication you are taking and other treatments you are receiving.
After that, I will give you an acupuncture treatment and at the end of the session we will discuss your treatment plan. I can often give you an approximate idea of how often you might need to come and see me before the first appointment, but all the information gathered at the first appointment enables me to give you a clearer idea of treatment and expected outcomes.
