I cannot recommend Olivia highly enough. Olivia provided me with acupuncture treatment throughout my IVF cycle last year, and I truly believe that enlisting her knowledge and support made a huge difference to my experience.

I had previously been through two rounds of unsuccessful IVF and, before meeting Olivia, I hadn’t really considered acupuncture as something that could accompany my treatment. From our very first appointment, Olivia was friendly, approachable and incredibly reassuring. She took the time to really get to know me, asking the right questions to understand my individual circumstances and what I needed.

What really stood out to me was how much Olivia invested in my personal requirements. She went above and beyond the acupuncture itself, offering thoughtful advice and suggestions around supplements, nutrition and food choices to support me through each stage of my treatment. I always felt listened to, supported and in very safe hands.

Third time lucky, my IVF treatment resulted in the birth of my beautiful baby boy, and I will always be so grateful to Olivia for the care and support she gave me along the way. After two failed attempts, having someone who gave me reassurance, hope and personalised support meant so much.

I have been Olivia's patient for around 19 years now, for the maintenance of my good health and activity, often blighted by minor ailments such as poor digestion, diverticulosis,  urinary tract issues, arthritis in many joints, viruses and anything that was not feeling right, including poor sleep, concentration, anxiety and low mood.  Recently she has helped me manage my declining hips and recovery from my first hip replacement operation which has been very successful and I am now getting the other hip replaced after only a 8 month gap.  Her treatment helped enormously with the trauma and post operative healing.
Olivia is a fountain of knowledge for all sorts of health problems

Olivia is extremely professional. She listens carefully to your concerns and thinks holistically about a treatment plan. She is also very thoughtful about your treatment plan and spends time researching queries or reflecting on your concerns. Olivia is also always up to date with the latest practice and able to use these advances to then apply them within the treatments. I have been a patient of Olivia’s for almost 4 years and cannot sing her praises highly enough! Olivia has been critical in helping my husband and I navigate a long, complex fertility experience. I am now lucky enough to be 22 weeks pregnant and I am eternally grateful for the role Olivia has played in our story.

Olivia worked with me through months of trying to conceive naturally and through IVF. She is an excellent acupuncturist, incredibly thoughtful in her approach and always looking to learn more through courses and research. I first started seeing Olivia for acupuncture in 2021 as I was trying to conceive and read good things about acupuncture. Olivia always made me feel calm with her friendly and kind nature. She helped me so much and nothing was ever to much either her with all my questions. Who thought having needles put into you could be so enjoyable and relaxing. She helped me so much when I went through my 2 IVF cycles, with recommendations on vitamins and foods and then in my pregnancy in 2024 she continued to support me and helped me through this still having acupuncture.
